By accessing or using Gemstone Crab KC ("the site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to choose a display name that is not offensive, impersonating, or infringing.

2. Fair submissions

The leaderboard only works if scores are honest. You agree that you will not:

• Submit fabricated, edited, or otherwise falsified screenshots.
• Claim a kill count that is not genuinely yours.
• Attempt to manipulate rankings through deception or automation.

Submissions that appear altered or unverifiable will be denied, and repeat abuse may result in removal from the leaderboard.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the screenshots and information you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the public leaderboard and related pages. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Do not use the site to harass other players.

5. Moderation

We review submissions and may approve, deny, edit, or remove any content, and may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

6. Availability & "as is"

The site is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leaderboard data will always be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gemstone Crab KC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Gemstone Crab KC is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jagex Ltd. See our Disclaimer for details.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
